President Bola Tinubu has issued a directive for the immediate execution of proposals outlined by the Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reform Committee. The Committee’s recommendations are slated to be implemented swiftly across various government ministries, agencies, and departments.
During an official briefing at the State House, Abuja, on Tuesday, October 24, Chairman Taiwo Oyedele presented the report detailing the committee’s quick-win accomplishments to President Tinubu.
Following the presentation, the President ordered the rapid execution of the committee’s suggestions.

Speaking to reporters in Abuja, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, confirmed the President’s instructions.
Additionally, President Tinubu directed his Adviser on Policy Coordination, Hadiza Bala Usman, to collaborate with the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) and Chairman Oyedele to ensure the prompt implementation of the directive.

It has been disclosed that the President plans to present the recommendations to the Federal Executive Committee (FEC) during their scheduled meeting on Monday, indicating his commitment to swift action on the proposed fiscal reforms.
