Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Anita Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, expressed her feelings about the current economy. She stated that the costs of things are on the high side and that she os going through so much.
The reality star stated that if her fans that if they see her, they should give her N200 million. In a social media post, she asked Nigerians to come to her aid.
Some social media users thought she was subtly asking for money, while others agreed that the economy is tough for everyone and they also need support in these trying times.
She wrote:
“Expenses no won look Uche face😭 if you see me try squeeze 200million put for my hand, I’m really going through alot”.
Tacha is not the first celebrity to voice concerns about the present state of the economy. Actresses like Carolyna Hutchings, Mercy Aigbe, and skit maker Nasboi and many others have shared their opinions on the issue as well.
Tacha is a media personality, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. She has appeared on the show Big Brother Naija (season 4) as a housemate and also on MTV’s The Challenge: Spies, Lies & Allies.
She has won the awards like Net Honour’s Most Popular Person, Female Personality of The Year, Celebrity Entrepreneur of the year and many more. Tacha was the brand ambassador of GetFit, a Fitness brand.
