Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has taken a swipe at music executive, Don Jazzy while reacting to a tweet by the latter’s signee Ladipoe.
Ladipoe, a rapper signed to Don Jazzy’s label, recently mocked Wizkid for his controversial “hip hop is dead” statement.

“Nigerian rappers that survived ‘hip hop is dead’ watching Afrobeat artists go through their own,” Ladipoe wrote on X.
A fan called Wizkid’s attention to the tweet on Monday morning, but the ‘Essence’ singer said, “lol never chatting to anyone signed to an influencer. Next.”
He also retweeted two tweets suggesting that he was referring to Don Jazzy as a social media influencer.
