Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe Adeoti has expressed gratitude after her new movie, ‘Omo Daddy’ which recently premiered rakes up a whooping 30 million three days after its release.
Mercy Aigbe had on Instagram shared the news of her movie, Ada Omo Daddy hit 30 million Naira after which, appreciated her fans for the massive show of love and support for her first movie, despite the doubts concerning the project.

Giving a big shout out to her fans and supporters, Mercy expresses pride in herself and God for her success.
She wrote;
“It’s ADAOMODADDY SEASON GUYS. THIS CAN ONLY BE GOD!!!!!! MY FIRST MAJOR CINEMA FILM. Thank you, Nigeria!!Thank you Ghana!! Thank you all for the massive love and support for my first major Cinema project ADAOMODADDY..Despite the doubts and reservations, we did 30M+ on the opening weekend! 2nd highest opening for a Nollywood title in 2023. This is just the beginning of my journey to setting my own record……. I I am so Proud of myself. Aigbe’s new movie record raking millions comes hours after her colleage Funke Akindele announced her success in the cinema, netting over one hundred and twenty two million naira with her film, ‘A Tribe Called Judah’.
She made this announcement on Instagram with an appreciation post to God, the cast and crew of A Tribe Called Judah and Nigerians.
