Davido Excited About Belgium’s Legalization Of Health Insurance For Sex Workers, Fans React

Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer David Adeleke popularly known as Davido expressed his excitement as Belgium’s government legalizes health insurance for sex workers. His fans react to this.

Belgium signed laws protecting the rights of sex workers. The Belgian government has made history by becoming the first country in the world to grant sex workers access to comprehensive health insurance, safety protections, and formal employment contracts.

The country also approved welfare packages enjoyed by others with regular jobs, which include pensions, maternity leave and sick leave.

Following the recent development , Belgium government has become the first to legalize health insurance for sex workers globally.

An X user identified as Pop Base wrote: S3x workers in Belgium are now entitled to health insurance, pensions, sick days, maternity leave, safety protections and formal employment contracts under a new law. This is the first law of its kind in the world.”

Davido reacting to the news on his X handle, reposted, captioning the post he wrote:“Groundbreaking move by Belgium.” However it seems most of his fans are not as thrilled as the singer is about the country’s recent development
