President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Senator Tambuwal is a lawyer, senior politician, and the current Senator representing Sokoto South Senatorial District in the National Assembly.
The President praised Tambuwal for his many years of service to Sokoto State and Nigeria.
He noted that Tambuwal served as Speaker of the House of Representatives from 2011 to 2015 and later as Governor of Sokoto State for two terms between 2015 and 2023.
President Tinubu also acknowledged Tambuwal’s commitment to nation-building and his contributions to the growth of democracy in Nigeria.
He wished the Senator good health, long life, and continued success in his political career.
