Prince Emeka Ojukwu, popularly known as The Prince of Peace, has unveiled a comprehensive plan aimed at tackling the worsening humanitarian crisis in Sudan, where years of violent conflict have crippled the economy and displaced millions.

Speaking on Wednesday, Prince Ojukwu expressed deep concern over the suffering of civilians caught in the prolonged conflict, calling for urgent action from both local and international stakeholders.

“The people of Sudan are suffering, and it is time for decisive action,” he said.

“We call on all warring factions to allow unhindered access for food, water, and medical supplies to reach those who desperately need them.”

According to him, the proposed peace and humanitarian framework prioritises the protection and safe delivery of relief materials through recognised international bodies, including the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), World Food Programme (WFP), and UNICEF.

The plan also outlines measures for rebuilding critical infrastructure and housing in areas worst affected by the conflict, while stressing the need for the strict application of international humanitarian law to guarantee access to basic necessities for civilians.

“International law must be respected,” Prince Ojukwu stated.

“Humanitarian convoys should be allowed to enter and leave conflict zones safely, without obstruction or fear.”

He further disclosed that the upcoming Africa Global Peace Summit 2026 will place Sudan high on its agenda, alongside other conflict-ridden nations such as Libya, Nigeria, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Prince Ojukwu called on governments, civil society groups, international organisations, and peace advocates to participate actively in the summit, stressing that collective effort is essential to achieving lasting peace across the continent.

The Africa Global Peace Summit is scheduled to hold in 2026 and is expected to bring together key stakeholders committed to conflict resolution and sustainable peace in Africa.
