Popular Nigerian content creator Kuye Oghenevwede Adegoke popularly known as Egungun of Lagos or just Egungun reacts after private video surfaced on social media.
The leaked video, which quickly gained attention on social media on Monday, showed Egungun of Lagos on a video call with an unidentified light skinned woman.
The video was reportedly leaked by a lady Egungun of Lagos was having a secret affair with.The tape captured the content creator opening his boxers to show off his private organ, while on a video call with the lady.
Reacting to the development on X, Egungun’s wife Pashotah stepped forward to defend her husband accusing the unidentified lady of trying to blackmail her husband.
According to Pashotah, a Snapchat user had screen recorded a video Egungun intended to send to her while he was traveling but accidentally shared it on his Snapchat story.
Unbothered by the backlash,the content creator shared a video on his Instagram page brushing off the controversy.
The video features him dancing with a lady in his living room to the song Gimme Love by Zlatan and Olamide.
He captioned it, “That’s massive baby but still give me your love baby”
Egungun is a Nigerian Internet personality who gained mainstream attention when his videos were reposted on social media by Snoop Dogg and Tunde Ednut. He began as a dancer in school, where he was initially recognised. Egungun of Lagos started his content creation career in the year 2018.
Adegoke made up the name ‘Egungun’ after wearing the Yoruba masquerade Egungun, and switching to informal interviews. Egungun of Lagos is also known for his catchline “Damn! It’s massive baby!” which became popular in Nigeria.
