The Supreme Court, in a crucial ruling on Thursday, upheld the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court, dismissing the petitions filed by the Labour Party (LP), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and their presidential candidates, Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, respectively.
