The palace of the Asagba of Asaba said on Thursday said that the first class monarch, Obi (Prof.) Chike Edozien, is not dead.
The palace said the king was only hospitalized and he is not dead, so it was a rumor.

Edozien will clock 100 years on July 28.
The Palace Secretary, Ogbueshi Ndili, said the Asagba was only hospitalized.
