South Africa Heritage Day Holds October 11 in Nigeria

The South African Consulate in Lagos, in partnership with Afroflavour, wishes to inform the public that the event originally
scheduled for Saturday, 20 September 2025 has been postponed.

The new date is Saturday, 11 October 2025 and the celebration will now take place at Ibru Gardens, Louis Solomon Close, Victoria Island, Lagos.

This decision was made due to the forecast of heavy rain on the original date. We believe it is important to ensure that our sponsors, partners, vendors, and attendees enjoy the event in comfort without disruption from the weather.

We remain committed to delivering a memorable South African Heritage Day experience, and we look forward to
welcoming everyone to a vibrant and well-prepared celebration on the new date.
