Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, made his way to the State House of Assembly on Wednesday to formally present the much-anticipated 2024 budget, as confirmed by his Chief Press Secretary, Gboyega Akosile.

The governor had previously hinted at the magnitude of this fiscal proposal, stating last Friday that the budget would surpass the N2 trillion mark.
Announcing the impending presentation, Commissioner for Information & Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, revealed on Monday that the budget would provide a comprehensive breakdown, encompassing planned capital projects, recurrent expenditure, and expected revenue projections for the upcoming fiscal year.
