Alula Okposo, daughter of the late gospel singer Sammie Okposo, over the weekend got married to her longtime lover, singer Time Patrick Idiaghe popularly known as Time.
TopSociety understands that the wedding reception took place at the Ibru Garden, Victoria Island, Lagos saw the attendance of many Nollywood stars.
Alula’s sister in-law Gloria Ehis Idiaghe had posted photos and videos from the event on her Instagram on Sunday.
Amongst Nollywood stars who graced the ceremony is, Joke Silva, Chidi Mokeme, Bimbo Akintola, Taiwo Ajai-Lycett.
Veteran actress Ann Njamanze, Jennifer Eliogu and rapper Vector were also present at the wedding ceremony.
The Nigerian rapper had also shared a video of the bride dancing during the reception on his Instagram story.
Alulu’s mother and stepmother, Ozioma Okposo also attended the wedding ceremony.
Lulu as she is fondly called announced her wedding in an Instagram post on October 5.
She wrote:
“Good morning people, I come bearing great news. I’m getting married, God has been so faithful this past year, you can’t even understand. Please save the date. God bless #AlulasTime @tipi__original 02/12/2023. Save the date.”
Some top celebrities, like Fred Amata, Chigul and Vector congratulated her in the comment section of the post.
The popular gospel singer, Sammie died in his sleep aged 51 on November 25, 2022.
He was buried on December 16, 2022, in the Lekki area of Lagos.
