In a pivotal move for Ogun State, Governor Dapo Abiodun presented the 2024 appropriation bill totaling N703.028 billion to the State House of Assembly on Thursday.
The budget, aptly named “Budget of Sustain Growth And Development,” aims to fortify the ISEYA mantra championed by the governor.
The presentation took place at the Assembly complex in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, the State capital.
Governor Abiodun highlighted that N415 billion is allocated for capital expenditure, focusing on critical development projects, while N287 billion is earmarked for recurrent expenditure, addressing ongoing operational needs.
