According to the statement of claim, Davido had been engaged for the 19th edition of the ‘Warri Again Concert’ scheduled for October 6, 2023, with a performance fee of N70m. An initial payment of US$94,500.00 equivalent to N70m was duly acknowledged on April 6, 2023.
