In response to the Court’s announcement, Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Information and Strategy, expressed optimism, stating that they are anticipating a favorable outcome.

He wrote
“We in the APC are hopeful for a victory. We are hopeful that the Apex Court will affirm the sanctity of the 8.9M votes of Nigerians that gave President Bola Tinubu victory last February”.
