Breaking: Suspected Terrorists Abduct Students in Katsina 


Suspected terrorists have struck once again, this time targeting a hostel at a Federal University in Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State. The assailants abducted at least five female students, escalating security concerns in the region.

Muhammad Fatima, a relative of one of the victims hailing from Lafiagi town in Kwara State, confirmed the harrowing incident to journalists on Wednesday morning. According to Fatima, the terrorists stormed a private student lodge along Moriamoh Ajiri School in Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State, and forcibly took away no fewer than five female students from the university.

Bandits Kidnap Scores of University Students in Zamfara

The identities of the students abducted have partially been revealed. Three of the victims are from Kwara State, named as Muhammad Fatima, Bello Fatima Zara, and Adam Rahmatallahi. The names of the remaining two students remain undisclosed as of press time.

This event unfolds barely 12 days after another heart-wrenching incident in which terrorists kidnapped numerous female students from a public university in Zamfara State.
