Tragically, a Seminarian has lost his life, as suspected bandits, believed to be gunmen, have incinerated the parish house of Saint Raphael’s Catholic Church in Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The Catholic seminarian was killed in the incident due to smoke inhalation while trying to flee from the engulfing fire.

Despite the absence of official statements from the local police and the Catholic Church in Kaduna, it is reported that a considerable number of assailants carried out an attack on the Saint Raphael Parish in Fadan Kamantan, Kafanchan Diocese, igniting both the building and a parked vehicle on the premises.
